Exhibitor's FAQ

  • What does it cost?
    - 9900 SEK excl VAT.

  • How many products or services can I add in my booth?
    - There's no limitation, however we recommend you to limit your product so there's not to much information to handle for the visitor.
     
  • Chat function directly in your booth?
    - Yes you have access to a chat function that you can administer through your log-in for the booth.
     
  • Possible interaction with participants
    - Visitor monitoring, you can see all the visitors that's in your booth and interact cirectly with them.
    - Lead generating when a visitor in your booth clicks on "contact me" you will get an e-mail sent to you with contact information to the visitor. You can also see it in your the admin menu when your logged-in at your booth.
    - External meeting rooms, you can set up external links to diffrent meeting rooms, such as Teams, Zoom or others in your booth or directly under a sertain product. You are however in charge of administer and handle these meeting rooms. Another option if you would like to be available for new visitors and have more like a reception area is to make a meeting in Teams, Zoom or other and then use the function "breakout rooms". You will then have the oppertunity to greet new visitors and depending on their questions transfer them to smaller breakout rooms where you collegues staff the room and answer their questions.
     
  • Visibility of the booth for participants and non participants at the conference?
    - Logged In view, participants can interact directly in the booth with company representatives or company administrators.
    - Registration view (not booked at the conference) you can see all exhibitors and their booth but not interact with the company.
     
  • Can I schedule different page views of my booth?
    - Unfortunately not, all changes will directly visiable in your booth
     
  • How many participants is it possible for me to link to my booth?
    - Unlimited, as a company administrator you can add others as the role company administrator and company representative. These two roles can administer the booth but will not have access to the conference.
     
  • How can I get access to the conference?
    There's two delegate tickets included in each digital booth, please e-mail us the e-mail addresses of the two people you want to give access to the conference at info@euromineexpo.com.

  • Is there any mingle function at the platform?
    - At the moment we don't offer a mingel function, however you can use the schedule function for breakout rooms in Teams, Zoom or others to randomly put people into different rooms. You are however in charge of administer and handle these meeting rooms.
